In these cases, Ventumra will cover the full cost of return shipping and provide either:

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to:

Personal preference
No longer wanting the item

You may still return the product within 30 days, provided it meets the return conditions above.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
