Odor management on delivery

Odor upon delivery is normal. To refresh the shoes, unpack and air out in a well-ventilated room for 24–72 hours. Avoid direct sunlight; place the shoes in the shade near a window. You can place a small bag of baking soda or coffee beans in the shoes overnight to absorb odors. If needed, wipe lightly with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then let dry completely.

Recommended fit: If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. For wide feet or a high instep, consider going one size up. For a narrow foot, keep your normal size. To measure at home: place a sheet against a wall, stand with your heel against the wall, mark the longest toe, measure the distance from the wall to the mark in cm, and compare with the chart. Measure both feet and use the longer one.
