The tester can measure voltages from 12-250V and offers the ability to identify AC neutral conductors, live wires, and fault locations. It can display a maximum of 220V.
Press the "Direct" button to measure AC voltage.
For DC voltage, press the "Inductance" button.
Use the tip to test the AC live wire and the neutral conductor; if an indication appears, it is the live wire.
Move the tip along the live wire to find the fault location – if nothing is displayed, you have identified the fault location.
